Ideal for art lovers

The staff was genuinely helpful, recommended a quaint little restaurant just a block away, fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, way more than enough, served in a charming room with windows open to the fresh air.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, it was still acceptable.

The apple cake at breakfast was a good surprise and made mornings enjoyable.

The units are modest with terrace.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Thin walls, some noise. Also lots of stairs but that did not really bother me. Just be prepared!

the hotel is in an excellent location, easy reach from train station, shopping and all of the sites in the city are all close (duomo only 10 min walk) the rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is simple but plenty available, staff very helpful and willing to assist with directions/locations etc. This was our second visit and we would come back if we visit Florence again.

The staff made out stay. They were always ready for a chat and to pass on ideas regarding their beautiful city.

Not really a complaint - but being a little older having to climb one flight of stairs to the elevator was a little tuff.

It's just a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. The staff was friendly and made reservations for us easily. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was varied and delicious.

The staff was tremendously helpful and friendly, and they spoke perfect English. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was great, close to the major sites but on a quiet street. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a bit worn. Also, leaving the windows open resulted in a terrible mosquito attack.

A wonderful surprise with the spacious room that boasted a lovely view of the Duomo. The breakfast featured delicious local organic products, particularly the croissants and fresh coffee. Staff were helpful, providing great tips for exploring the area.

Exceptionally friendly and helpfull manager and staff. Refreshingly individual style of room decor.

Wonderful & pleasant staff, particulary Monti & Andrea, very helpful with their suggestions for eating & cultural highlights. Very comfortable and large bedroom, serviced daily and kept spotlessy clean and top breakfasts. Ideally situated in Florence just around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio

I loved the spacious room with fine views of Florence! The super nice team, helping me with my luggage. Just be prepared for stairs-carrying bags was tough 🧳

It was very close to the centre of Florence. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The environment was relaxing and tasteful. Internet was easy to access. The breakfasts were great. All in all a great place to stay and I would recommend it to others as a good place to stay.

The lift was too small for large/many bags!! It would have been more convenient to have been able to stay on the ground floor
